Online Purchases Return & Exchange Policy
As we take extra precautions to keep our people safe, it may take us slightly longer than usual to issue your exchange. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Regular Priced and Sale Products
Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for regular priced or sale items.
Within 14 days of the shipping date, you can receive an exchange for a new product.
After 14 days of the shipping date, we will no longer accept exchanges.
Return & Exchange Details
For all exchanges:
- Product must not be damaged.
- You must present a valid receipt.
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card.
How to Mail Back an Online Return
To complete a Mail Back return:
- Complete a return request by contacting us at email@example.com with the details of your return and original receipt for proof of purchase, after checking if your product meets the return guideline. This is to ensure we are to expect your package.
- Please reference the appropriate carrier website for hours of operation and accessible return drop off locations.
- Create a label with the appropriate carrier (that offers tracking). Pack and ship your return, following the instructions outlined above.
Be sure to have your package postmarked and sent off within 14 days of your E-Receipt email. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 7 to 10 business days. As soon as your return is complete, we'll e-mail you and let you know.
